Hello SienaT Radio Listeners,

Happy February 28! I hope you had a wonderful week! Today is Saturday, the last day of the month of February! And we’re wrapping up the month of February in style with not one, not two, but THREE shows! It’s our SienaT Radio Triple Play today! Starting off the lineup we’ll have the Melting Pot,  with Nick Blasewitz, followed by the Classical Cafe, with Samantha Ash! Looking forward to these two awesome shows to take us through the day in style! More details regarding the Melting Pot and the Classical Cafe will follow shortly in this newsletter.

But first, I’m super pumped to be back in the studio once again tonight for yet another fun filled Song Bank! Come join me from 7:00 to 9:00 PM Eastern as I play you songs that you can chillax to over a nice meal and your favourite beverage, and others that’ll surely get you moving and grooving on the virtual dance floor! Today’s theme, inspired by one of our regular listeners, is one that I like to call “What’d you say?” and it consists of songs with misheard lyrics. What are some of your favourites? Starting off the Saturday lineup, our very own Nick Blasewitz will take the DJ booth to bring you The Melting Pot, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM Eastern, 10:30 to 11:30 AM Central, 4:30 to 5:30 PM UK Time! This is the show where Nick plays music from here, there and everywhere, songs that you’ve heard before as well as others that you may not have heard. Next up on SienaT Radio, we will open the doors once again to the Classical Cafe, from 2:30 to 3:30 PM Eastern, 1:30 to 2:30 PM Central, 7:30 to 8:30 PM UK Time. This is the show where our very own Samantha Ash will play us a wide range of classical music, classical contemporary crossovers, broadway tunes, opera, TV themes, movie soundtracks, and much much more! Have you ever wanted to travel around the world, but never had the chance? If the answer is yes, then you’ll definitely want to come join us on the evening of Friday, March 6! From 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM Eastern, I’ll be back once again aboard Flight SienaT Radio for the Cosmopolitan Culture Club! This is the show where I’ll play you songs from around the world, in many different languages, as well as some traditional instrumentals thrown in the mix. And of course, we’ll have our favourite Name That Country game, where I’ll play an instrumental version of a national anthem, and your goal is to guess the country to which it belongs. Towards the end of the show, I’ll play you two songs from said country. Also, if you have a song or two from your native country that you would like for me to feature on the show, please don’t hesitate to email them to me at siena.trigiani@sienatradio.ca or send them in via the Request Box. I’ll be more than happy to play them for you! It’s going to be a fun filled magical musical trip around the world, and I’m looking forward to having all of you along with us for the ride!
